Helping organizations and individuals find the passion, purpose, fun, and fulfillment of the right career choices is the foundation of Peter's workplace development initiatives. He is frequently called upon to consult in the areas of Executive Development, Assessment and Selection, Performance Coaching, Career Development and Workplace Change.

Peter is a corporate refugee and recovering senior banking executive who spent many years at some of this country's finest financial institutions. He successfully ran sales and operating companies at Chase Manhattan Bank, First Interstate Bancorp and US West Financial Services before trading in his suspenders for a shot at helping other executives and companies find the purpose, passion, fulfillment and fun that had eluded him for so many years.

For over twenty years Peter has been guiding leaders to success through his unique abilities as a coach, author, confidante and business advisor. He has worked with executives and managers from some of America's most recognized organizations. He was an executive with DBM and President of both Bizet and Company and Walter V. Clarke and Associates prior to founding Pilot Workplace Advisors.

Very early in his career, Peter was a union organizer in the garment industry in Los Angeles. He also spent eight years in a seminary studying for the ministry before getting downsized by God.

Peter is the author of numerous works on people and their careers and he contributes his time to community, workforce and economic development endeavors. He is a familiar guest on radio and television and a frequent speaker to business and professional organizations.

When not consumed by his first love, his family, or his second love, his business, Peter makes time for playing jazz piano, cruising the open road on his Harley, and planning his next career adventure.
